Inquiry AK47 not Gun, Original FLOS Gun Pistol Lamp

Please find attached 2 designs. One is of a Rifle Floor lamp (Model 100), similar size as the original FLOS Gun Lamp, Floor model and one is of a Pistol Gun lamp (Model 500). I have the original air soft Rifle and Pistol that will be used for the Molding process.

Questions:
 
1. What material do you use?  Resin or die cast Aluminum?
 
2. Can you make a shiny gold and shiny chrome/silver color? (like original Flos floor & pistol lamp)  Electro plating?
 
3. how much is the Molding cost for Rifle Floor lamp and for Pistol lamp?
 
4. how many pieces can you produce per month?
 
5. what is your warranty on custom pieces like this?
 
6. can you quote me a rough estimate for Rifle model + Pistol model.
 
7. what is your production time for custom pieces like this?
